The intervention concerned the requalification of the pavings of via della Chiesa in the village of Gerfalco, through the removal of the existing surfaces and the complete rebuilding of the structural layer. New subservices were installed and subsequently reinforced with concrete foundation carried out with welded wire mesh, screed, and installation of the new Matraia Stone paving. The finish was carried out with regular re-laying of the slabs and the insertion of a central band in split stone, reconstructing the course of the path and improving the expressive quality of the road surface. The works have made it possible to restore continuity, stability, and durability to the internal roads of the village, integrating the systems and improving the usability of the public space.

The project involved the comprehensive redevelopment of a public parking area, aiming to improve its functionality, safety, and integration with the surrounding urban context. The work included the reorganization of parking spaces and green spaces, the construction of a new stormwater drainage system (white sewer), and the adjustment of slopes and elevations for proper water management. Stonework and colored architectural asphalt paving were also carried out, a solution that allowed the area to be aesthetically enhanced while maintaining high technical performance and durability. This project transformed a previously degraded space into an orderly, efficient, and fully usable area for the community.
