The work involved the building envelope and systems, with the goal of improving the property's energy performance and overall efficiency, while respecting the landscape and environmental context. Working on an island setting required careful planning of the construction phases, timely management of sea transport, and a structured logistics organization for the supply of materials and equipment. The distance from the mainland and the operational limitations typical of the area made coordination between suppliers, workers, and execution schedules crucial. This project combined technical expertise and organizational capacity, ensuring execution quality even in a complex operational context.
